While she loves to use her speed and agility with an experienced reining rider, she is endearingly careful and quiet with inexperienced students.  We adore Peppy for her ability to accommodate all levels with willingness.    Valentine Born on Valentines Day, this little paint mare has an enormous heart.  Stepping gently with the smallest of equestrians, or showing both English and Western with her teenage owner, Valentine adores her time with people.  She’s just as sturdy as she looks, and is ideal for teaching riders to be assertive and confident.        Bon Bon This 15.2, liver-chestnut mare is just as sweet as her name.  Having spent many faithful years with her doting family in 4-H, open shows, trail rides and hours of adoration, Bon-Bon only wants to return the love.  She’s a very maternal mare to both horse and human youngsters, but has the training and forwardness to satisfy an advanced rider when asked.  Bon-Bon is undoubtedly a horse who enjoys English and Western disciplines with all levels of riders.    Sparky He may be small, but he is mighty!  At 7 years old, Sparky is well broke, and is becoming a fantastic, finished show-horse.  Sparky is now ready to participate in lessons, and would love to begin with intermediate riders who want a level-headed, yet dynamic horse from whom they can learn.  Around the barn, we love to take advantage of adorable Sparky’s irresistible dark “kissing spot” on his muzzle! Please see sale/lease page.   Peaches A stunning 6 year old mare, Peaches is now ready to begin giving lessons to intermediate and advanced riders.  She is a sweet, playful girl with tons of intelligence and a level head under saddle, either English or Western.  Peaches adores companionship, and is making fabulous progress with her new lease-rider. Peaches is available for lease.  Please see sale/lease page.   Skippy Skippy knows the ropes of the paint, 4-H, and open English and Western show circuits.   He is steady and dependable for inexperienced riders, and has a lot of talent to share with seasoned equestrians.  Skippy loves his job and human companionship, and has a silly personality well worth knowing.      ViVi Whether she is being ridden Huntseat or Western Pleasure,  ViVi is consistently willing  with her riders.  This gentle 16 year old mare stands at approximately 15hh, and is a seasoned show horse who enjoys 4-H and open competitions just as much as trails and schooling.  Though her conscience and careful attention helps young or unsure riders feel secure, ViVi  also appreciates experienced/adult students who can utilize her talents.   Page Page has grown up in our barn community and as such we're very proud of the sweet, dependable 8-year old mare she has become! Throughout her life, Page has gracefully participated in many 4-H and open show seasons, and excels in both English and Western pleasure.  Patient Page has even donned a bridal veil for a 4-H costume contest, alongside her buddy and 'groom' Skippy!   Zip Zip's career as an English and Western show horse has provided her with an excellent array of skills in both disciplines.  If her talent wasn't enough, Zip's maternal disposition and care with her riders makes for an ideal lesson horse for riders of all levels.   Scats   Scats makes a lovely western pleasure horse both on the trail and in the arena, and is happy to show you her extended trot when asked to ride English.  A 13 year old Quarter Horse mare, Scats is happiest when she can use her sharp mind and athletic body.  Scats' experience and kind, gentle manner help to make her the dependable girl we love!   Vibey Writeup   Dolly   A lovely 12 year old red roan Quarter Horse mare, Dolly is easy to adore.  She's equally enjoyable under saddle in both English and Western disciplines, and is a steady partner on the trail.  We're thrilled with Dolly's success at local shows in the 2009 season.   Lilly   Lilly's big brown eyes are the first hint to how gentle this 12 year old mare truly is.  Lilly happily accomodates riders of all ages and levels, and is very sensitive to young or unsure riders, with whom she is very careful.  We're so glad to have Lilly as a part of our lesson program!   Stubby   Stubby in an 18 year old AQHA gelding with an illustrious show career.  We're thrilled to find that despite his success, Stubby remains a level-headed, easy-going guy.  Steady and calm, he carries any rider with confidence, and with his years of extensive training, Stubby is an excellent teacher for anyone interested in learning the many buttons of well-trained horse.    Brawley   Brawley is an easy-going 10 year old gelding who enjoys his job.  Whether exploring the trail systems, practicing his English and Western pleasure in the arena, or zooming around barrels, Brawley loves being part of a team.  His sweet nature and playful personality make him a great teacher for riders of all levels.
